Community groups and industries proudly joined in the construction effort by raising funds and donating building materials. DOWA supplied further planning services during 1999-2000.

Design Includes:
-A distinctive double-height vaulted ceiling with clerestory lighting around the perimeter

-A children's room and adult reading rooms

-Periodical and reference areas

-Expandable stack space for the city's book collection
