
DOWA is committed to the professional growth of the members of the firm,
and encourages participation by all employees in opportunities for continued
education.
DOWA has a Staff Development Committee which has nine identified training categories from which employees can request approval for continuing their education.
Within the firm, we provide opportunities for the staff to present their projects, ideas, and expertise, or just recap a great trip in a “brown bag” forum. The turnout for these lunches is great. We have interesting and talented people willing to teach, display, and share their work with the entire staff.
